Griffin has been the major developer in Windsor for many years. We began our relationship with Griffin in 2003. We were consolidating in Windsor, and the property was what we needed and where we needed it. At the time, we had just recently acquired ABB CE Nuclear Group on Day Hill Road, and we had to make a decision to whether to stay there or move elsewhere. We chose a building on International Drive, in the New England Tradeport. It was a new facility and convenient to the airport, which is important for us. We recently extended our lease for 10 years. Griffin always been very professional and very responsive.
